Product FAQ

Do we offer refunds?

Your satisfaction means a lot to us, Once your order is placed & paid for there are NO RETURNS on any products, all final sale.

NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES OR RETURNS. 

If any product is damaged you MUST contact us 24 hours after the order has been received for the product to be replaced or issued store credit. If we (KLuxeAllure) inspects returnable items, then we will issue you a return label upon products to be shipped back out to KLuxeAllure Headquarters. We are NOT responsible for packaging/mailing difficulties. 

All sales are final, there are NO refunds.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defected/damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can resolve your issue accordingly. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 3 days of delivery. If failure to report within 3 days upon delivery, we are not responsible. Be sure to include clear pictures of items, order number and a final concise picture of the packing slip. If eligible and approved we’ll issue you a refund and/or store credit. If wrong items were opened, used, or not in their original condition than refunds/or store credit will not be available. 

Wrong items selected at checkout? Once your order is fulfilled and placed, there are no changes that can be made. Please ensure you are filling out all details correctly upon the items you want to receive. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges due to user error. 

When will we ship your order?

Processing times: Orders will be shipped out 1-3 days after received. Pickup orders will be processed in 3-4 business days. Pickup orders must be picked up within 7 business days or will be canceled and will NOT receive a refund. 

Shipping times: We ship Monday-Friday excluding holidays. Orders placed on Fridays will NOT be eligible for expedited (express & overnight) shipping. All express or overnight shipments will resume on Monday. 

US Shipping: Orders placed under Standard shipping will be received in 3-6 business days through USPS. Orders placed under Express shipping will be received in 1-3 business days through USPS. Overnight orders are NOT applicable on Fridays-Sundays. Overnight orders must be placed Monday-Thursday by 2pm EST. in order to ship as overnight. These shipping times may not always be guaranteed, and longer shipping times may be issued with the shipping courier as this is not a company (KLuxeAllure) issue. 

International Shipping: Economy shipping will be received in 6-10 business days through UPS, whereas express is 3-6 business days. We (KLUXEALLURE) is NOT responsible for import taxes/tariff duties upon receiving goods. 

Lost Orders: Unfortunately we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, please track your package and try to be as available as possible when your order is scheduled to arrive. Once you have received your shipping confirmation, USPS will have the most current information regarding your package. Packages that show up as "Delivered" according to USPS tracking will not be re-shipped. Please contact USPS for any updates on your package and/or put a claim in. Missing packages are not trackable beyond 14 days after delivery date. 

Return To Sender Deliveries: We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns. This can happen if (1) an address is invalid or missing information, (2) The carrier is unable to deliver your package, or (3) The order is refused by the customer at time of delivery or not picked up by the customer from the postal office.
Returned-to-Sender or Refused packages must be claimed within 2 days in order to be resent back out. You must repay for shipping ($10) standard or ($20) express. If you do not want your order reshipped then it will result in store credit excluding the shipping cost.

We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.

Once we provide your tracking # KLuxeAllure is no longer responsible for the package. Please call the shipping company and file a claim in order to resolve your packages problem.

All sale/promo/clearance items are FINAL sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
