Refund policy

At KLuxeAllure, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.

All Sales Final

All purchases made through KLuxeAllure are final sale. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances unless explicitly stated in this policy.

Non-Transferable Purchases

All purchases are non-transferable. Orders, store credits, or replacements may only be issued to the original purchaser and cannot be reassigned, transferred, or resold for claim purposes.

Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring all order details (items, quantities, shipping information) are correct at checkout.
Once an order has been placed and processed, no changes, cancellations, or modifications can be made. KLuxeAllure is not responsible for errors made by the customer at checkout.

Damages, Defects & Incorrect Items

We only address issues related to damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery
  • Email: info@kluxeallure.com
  • Include:
    • Order number
    • Clear photos of the item(s)
    • Photo of the packing slip
    • Description of the issue

Failure to report within 48 hours will result in the claim being denied.

If your claim is approved:

  • We may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition
  • If inspection is required, a return label may be issued

KLuxeAllure is not responsible for lost, delayed, or mishandled return shipments.

Condition of Returned Items (If Applicable)

Any items sent back for inspection must be in their original condition.
Products that are opened, used, tampered with, or not in resellable condition will not qualify for replacement or store credit.

Shipping Issues

KLuxeAllure is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer

Please contact the shipping carrier directly for these issues.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By placing an order with KLuxeAllure, you agree to this policy.

  • Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first to resolve the issue is considered a violation of this policy
  • We reserve the right to dispute all chargebacks with supporting evidence, including proof of delivery, order confirmation, and this policy
  • Customers who file fraudulent or excessive disputes may be banned from future purchases

Abuse of Policy

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or deny claims if we suspect abuse, fraud, or manipulation of our policies.

 

Mentorship Refund & Content Ownership Policy

All mentorship programs offered by Kluxeallure are non-refundable and non-transferable. Due to the digital and advisory nature of these services, all sales are final once payment is completed.

By enrolling in a mentorship, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Access to Deliverables
Mentorships may include digital products, proprietary frameworks, e-books, templates, recordings, or other educational materials (“Kluxeallure Content”). Access to these materials is granted for personal use only and does not constitute ownership or resale rights.

2. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
All Kluxeallure Content remains the sole intellectual property of Kluxeallure. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, share, sell, or repurpose any materials—whether free or paid—without prior written consent. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

3. No Guarantees
Mentorship results vary based on individual effort, application, and external factors. Kluxeallure does not guarantee specific financial, business, or personal outcomes.

4. Commitment & Responsibility
By enrolling, you commit to actively participating and taking responsibility for your results. Failure to attend sessions, complete action steps, or utilize provided materials does not qualify for refunds or credits.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after accessing mentorship materials or sessions is a violation of this agreement. Kluxeallure reserves the right to revoke access to all services and pursue recovery of funds.
