Returns & Refunds
All sales are final.
Once an order is placed and paid for, we do NOT accept refunds, exchanges, or returns.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order for review. Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 3 days of delivery to be eligible for replacement or store credit.
To submit a claim, email kluxeallure@gmail.com with clear photos of the item(s), your order number, and a clear photo of the packing slip.
No DMs or text messages will be accepted for damage or incorrect item inquiries.
Items that have been opened, used, or are not in original condition are NOT eligible for refunds or store credit.
Sale, promotional, and clearance items are FINAL SALE.
Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
We ship Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on Fridays are NOT eligible for Express or Overnight shipping. Expedited shipping resumes on Monday.
U.S. Shipping
Standard Shipping: 3–6 business days (USPS)
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (USPS)
Overnight shipping is available Monday–Thursday only and must be placed by 2:00 PM EST. Overnight shipping is not available Friday–Sunday.
Shipping timeframes are not guaranteed. Delays caused by the shipping carrier are outside of KLuxeAllure’s control.
International Shipping
Economy: 6–10 business days (UPS)
Express: 3–6 business days (UPS)
KLuxeAllure is NOT responsible for import taxes, customs fees, or tariff duties.
Pickup Orders
Pickup orders are processed within 3–4 business days.
Pickup orders must be collected within 7 business days or the order will be canceled and will NOT receive a refund.

Lost, Stolen, or Returned Packages
KLuxeAllure is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. Packages marked as Delivered by the carrier will not be reshipped.
Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Missing packages are not trackable beyond 14 days after delivery.
Returned-to-sender or refused packages must be claimed within 2 days to be resent. Reshipping fees apply:
Standard Shipping: $10
Express Shipping: $20
If reshipment is declined, store credit will be issued excluding shipping costs.
